Do you work in my Zapier account or yours?
Yours. You already pay for it, so we build inside it: every Zap stays yours, runs on your plan, and keeps working if we're ever not around. Not sure whether your plan is the right tier? We wrote up how Zapier's pricing works, and we'll confirm the right tier on the call.
We have Zapier but barely use it. Where do we start?
With the call. We open the account, read what's there, turn off what's dead, fix what's worth keeping, and list what's missing. You leave with a short list and a flat price for each item on it.
How much does one Zap cost?
Simple single Zaps run $60 to $180, and we can often build several in an hour. Bigger builds, like a Zap that splits into paths with dozens of steps, take a few hours and are quoted as one flat number before we start. Either way, the quote is the price.
What happens when a Zap breaks?
It happens. An app changes its API, a login expires, a step errors and Zapier holds the run. On the monthly plan we watch for held runs and errors, fix the cause, and replay what was held so nothing is lost. Without the plan, you get Zapier's email and you can fix it or send it to us as a small build.
What if one of my apps isn't on Zapier?
If it has an API, we can usually reach it with a Webhooks step or a short Code step inside the Zap. If it genuinely has no way in, we say so on the call instead of building something fragile.
Can you fix Zaps someone else built?
Yes. Most accounts we open have a few Zaps that were turned off because nobody knew what they did. We read them, document them, and fix or retire them.
Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Zapier when your team needs to be able to open a Zap and read it. The others earn their place at high volume or when you have someone technical in-house. We compared them honestly: Zapier vs Make and Zapier vs n8n. If another tool fits you better, we'll say so.
